About this opportunity This assignment is for an Occasional Teacher in Long Term Assignments under the current OECTA Elementary Collective Agreement. Priority placement will be given to unplaced, qualified redundant teacher applicants from the Elementary Teacher bargaining unit in order of seniority. If the assignment remains unfilled, qualified applications from the Occasional Roster will be considered.

Education and qualifications

Notwithstanding the above, we encourage applications from all Ontario Certified Teacher applicants as well as education students holding, or who have applied for, one of the following certificates:

• Transitional Certificate of Qualification and Registration from the Ontario College of Teachers
• Multi-Session Transitional Certificate of Qualification and Registration from the Ontario College of Teachers
