About The Role

Stay22 is seeking an experienced and driven Financial Controller to ensure the financial health of our rapidly growing company. Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Controller will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls. This is a hands‑on role requiring a strong leader with a deep understanding of accounting principles and a passion for the technology sector.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Oversee the month‑end and year‑end close processes, ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to the leadership team, supporting strategic decision‑making.
• Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reports.
• Manage the annual financial audit process.
