Job Posting: Hello my name is Lauren. I am seeking a caretaker for my 2 year old son living in Burlington, Ontario when I return to work after my maternity leave. We are a shift working family and are looking for someone who is flexible and is willing to spend time with our sweet Conor, which includes occasional evenings, overnights and weekends. We want someone who will feel like an extension of our family and is comfortable in our fun loving home, making it your home as well. A big sister, or a loving aunt / second Grandma! Service Requirements: Our home requires some very light housework picking up after the baby, and some meal and snack prep. Having transportation is ideal as we encourage you to take Conor outdoors and to activities if one or both parent is sleeping after nightshift. There will be occasional days we require bath and bedtime as well. Ideally, we envision perhaps a student, or a retiree who has a more flexible schedule, without family obligations of their own so they may be available to us at odd hours such as overnights. Notes On Availability: Shift working family who requires various different hours. Family schedule available upon request. Because each month varies in hours, we are willing to pay a salary.
