Our Banking and Capital Markets Advisory practice is seeking a senior consultant to strengthen our Banking offering in the Toronto office. We are looking for curious and motivated professionals who are always looking to broaden their consulting horizons.

What you will do

As a Senior Consultant in our Banking and Capital Markets Advisory practice, you will use your strong business acumen and be a key member of a high performing team. You'll have the opportunity to learn from banking industry service specialists and improve your skills through the following activities :

• You will be at the forefront of our banking solutions ecosystem, leveraging your operational and technical skills to assess, capture and translate complex business issues for our clients.
• You will design, build, develop, and optimize comprehensive business solutions that precisely align with organizational requirements.
• You will use your abilities as strategic project leader to take ownership of defining, orchestrating, and successfully delivering complex projects.
• You will cultivate and deepen relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders.
• You will guide a diverse team of professionals during project implementation.
• You will gain a deep understanding of our clients' business needs and the banking industry.
• You will contribute to proposals and demonstrations in response to potential customer requests.
