Objectif du rôle

Soutenir directement la performance des équipes de ventes des différentes divisions de services et solutions de sécurité en développant et en exécutant des initiatives de marketing commercial et de Go-to-Market alignées sur les priorités stratégiques de ventes.
Le rôle combine une expertise approfondie de marchés et industries clés avec un soutien transversal à l’ensemble des équipes de ventes, afin d’accélérer la croissance, renforcer le positionnement et maximiser l’impact commercial.

Rôle et responsabilités

Le Spécialiste marketing commercial agit comme point de référence marketing commercial pour un ou plusieurs marchés ou industries, tout en soutenant l’ensemble des besoins d’activation des équipes de ventes.

  • Développer et maintenir une expertise approfondie de marchés et industries clés (ex. industriel, retail, logistique, infrastructures critiques).
  • Développer et exécuter des initiatives Go-to-Market par marché, incluant propositions de valeur, messages clés, cas d’usage et différenciateurs concurrentiels.
  • Développer et faire évoluer les playbooks commerciaux par marché, applicables à l’ensemble des offres de services et de solutions de sécurité.
  • Soutenir les équipes de ventes dans l’ensemble de leurs besoins d’activation commerciale : outils de vente, présentations, contenus, campagnes ciblées et accompagnement terrain.
  • Déployer des campagnes commerciales nationales et régionales (outbound, nurturing, lancements) alignées sur les priorités de ventes.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec Sales Enablement afin d’assurer cohérence entre outils, formation et exécution terrain.
  • Analyser les tendances de marché, enjeux clients et dynamiques concurrentielles afin d’orienter les initiatives commerciales.
  • Suivre la performance des initiatives (leads, pipeline, conversion) et recommander des optimisations.
  • Travailler en collaboration avec les équipes Ventes, Opérations et Marketing global afin d’assurer alignement et efficacité.

Qualifications requises

  • Baccalauréat en marketing, administration ou domaine connexe.
  • 5 ans et plus d’expérience en marketing B2B, marketing commercial, Go-to-Market ou sales enablement.
  • Excellente capacité rédactionnelle en français et en anglais (bilingue).
  • Bonne compréhension des environnements de ventes complexes et multiservices.
  • Capacité à traduire des stratégies commerciales en actions concrètes.
  • Sens de l’organisation, autonomie et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément.
  • Expérience de collaboration directe avec des équipes de ventes.

Commercial Marketing Specialist

(Spécialiste marketing commercial)

Business Unit: Security Services – Canada
Function: Commercial Marketing / Go-to-Market
Location: Montréal

Role Objective

Directly support the performance of sales teams across the various security services and solutions divisions by developing and executing commercial marketing and Go-to-Market initiatives aligned with strategic sales priorities.

The role combines deep expertise in key markets and industries with cross-functional support to all sales teams, in order to accelerate growth, strengthen positioning, and maximize commercial impact.

Role and Responsibilities

The Commercial Marketing Specialist acts as the commercial marketing point of reference for one or more markets or industries, while supporting all sales enablement needs.

  • Develop and maintain in-depth expertise in key markets and industries (e.g., industrial, retail, logistics, critical infrastructure).
  • Develop and execute market-specific Go-to-Market initiatives, including value propositions, key messages, use cases, and competitive differentiators.
  • Develop and evolve market-specific sales playbooks applicable across all security service and solution offerings.
  • Support sales teams with all commercial activation needs: sales tools, presentations, content, targeted campaigns, and field support.
  • Deploy national and regional commercial campaigns (outbound, nurturing, launches) aligned with sales priorities.
  • Work closely with Sales Enablement to ensure consistency across tools, training, and field execution.
  • Analyze market trends, customer challenges, and competitive dynamics to guide commercial initiatives.
  • Track initiative performance (leads, pipeline, conversion) and recommend optimizations.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Global Marketing teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, commercial marketing, Go-to-Market, or sales enablement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English (bilingual).
  • Strong understanding of complex, multi-service sales environments.
  • Ability to translate commercial strategies into concrete actions.
  • Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience working directly with sales teams.
