Store Manager - Full Time

Dulux is hiring a Full-Time Store Manager - Opportunity to Build Your Career .

Starting Pay : $50,000.00 to $70,000.00 annual, based on experience!

Job Type : Full-Time

Vacancy Status : This posting reflects an active, genuine vacancy.

This position is for the day shift with typical store hours between :

Monday - Friday - 7 AM to 6 PM

Saturday - 8 AM to 5 PM

Sunday - 10 AM to 4 PM

Dulux, a division of The Pittsburgh Paints Company, is hiring immediately for the position of Full-Time Store Manager . Reporting to the Store Group Manager, you will use your talents to inspire others to achieve results. You will take on the challenge of running your own store, where you will lead your team to deliver outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for all aspects of store operations.

Retail Store Manager Main Responsibilities :

• Opening and closing the Dulux branch.
• Achieving sales and profit goals by controlling expenses, managing working capital, inventory, and driving growth while optimizing net contribution.
• Maintaining Dulux's high customer service standards for yourself and your team.
• Fostering a high level of associate engagement through effective leadership.
• Hiring, leading, empowering, and managing your team successfully by partnering with and mentoring team members.
• Ensuring that the exterior and interior of the store, including cleanliness and merchandising displays, meet Dulux standards.

Retail Store Manager Qualifications :

Previous retail management and sales experience preferred.

Ability to lead the team cohesively to foster a positive work environment.

Valid drivers license required.

Availability to work flexible shifts and hours, with a minimum of 40 to 44 hours required per week.

Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, lift, and carry up to 80 pounds occasionally and 50 pounds regularly.
