Job descriptionSecondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience 3 years to less than 5 years On site. Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. At heights Outdoors Various locations Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements Measure and mark sheet metal according to template Supervise other workers Cut materials using power tools or by hand Assemble, erect and install hoisting and rigging equipment Fit and join sheet metal parts Install sheet metal products according to specifications and building codes Erect and install scaffolding, falsework and other working platforms Install sheet metal flashings Install and repair metal roofs using hand and power tools Apply waterproof coatings to concrete or other masonry surfaces below or above ground level Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate Fall Arrest Protection Training Course Physically demanding Attention to detail Bending, crouching, kneeling Dental plan Disability benefits Health care plan Paramedical services coverage Vision care benefits Group insurance benefits Life insurance Learning / training paid by employer Other benefits Team building opportunities Entry level Full-time Management and Manufacturing Construction
