Team | Position

Corporate Services & Business Operations Team Office Administrator: Full‑Time, Junior‑Level

  • Support post‑incorporation corporate maintenance services (e.g., annual reports, director/address changes)
  • Handle client consultations and inquiries
  • Manage documentation and prepare various reports
  • Draft project proposals and business reports (using PowerPoint)
  • Conduct market research and provide insights on competitors, consumers, and industry trends
  • Organize and maintain Minute Books (Board resolutions, shareholder registers, share certificates, etc.)
  • Liaise with government agencies such as CRA, Service BC, and submit related documents

Qualifications

  • Fluency in both English and Korean
  • Minimum 1 year of administrative work experience
  • Understanding of annual corporate filings and administrative procedures
  • High level of accuracy and organization in document preparation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (4‑year university)
  • Strong understanding of international business environments

Working Conditions

  • Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM (including 1‑hour lunch break)
  • Weekends and public holidays off
  • Salary and compensation to be discussed with shortlisted candidates based on internal company policies

Start Date

  • To be determined in consultation with the selected candidate
