Job description
Hi! I’m looking for someone to care for my senior dog, Honey, on Monday, Wednesday and Friday the week of September 21 while I’m at work. Honey is about 55 lbs, house-trained, and has stayed successfully with pet sitters and boarding facilities many times before. We recently moved to Toronto, and she’s having a difficult time adjusting to being left alone in our new environment. The good news is that when someone is with her, she settles and does not bark or cry—she really just needs someone around during the workday. I’m flexible about the arrangement. You can stay with her at my condo near Richmond & Simcoe/Osgoode Station, where you’re welcome to work remotely, study, watch TV, use the Wi-Fi, etc., or I can bring Honey to your home if that works better but she would need to be the only pet. She is a senior dog and can be reactive on walks, so someone comfortable and experienced with dogs would be ideal. Not for an inexperienced handler.
