Robert Half is hiring a Business Systems Analyst for a large organization in Waterloo region. The primary focus of this position is to work closely with IT and all departments to gather requirements, design and develop reports and solutions for the organizations ERP system. The ideal candidate will consider themselves a problem solver who is not scared to seek answers.
What you'll do:
• Research, design, develop, deploy and maintain ERP operational reporting and related processes.
• Assess existing processes for efficiency and streamlining opportunities.
• Provide assistance to business users on Financial reporting and system functionalities and issues.
• Documentation and standardization of deliverables.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL querying.
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI.
• Experience with Azure
• Familiarity with .NET C#
• Familiarity with EDI processes
• Experience in usability-focused design and strong documentation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills is a must.
