S'acquitter des fonctions et des tâches administratives des secteurs opérationnels au centre de tri et à la succursale, notamment en ce qui a trait au transport de ligne, à l'assurance qualité et au service à la clientèle. Apporter rapidement les correctifs nécessaires aux colis endommagés ou incorrectement adressés pour en accélérer la livraison. Agir comme premier point de contact auprès de la clientèle pour diverses demandes.
