We are a loving family in Barrie, Ontario seeking a dedicated part-time nanny to provide overnight care for our infant. As parents, we understand the importance of finding the right person to help nurture and support our child's growth..... are currently looking to fill this position for a short-term trial run of 1 to 7 nights. This initial period will allow us to ensure a mutual fit for both our family and the right candidate before discussing any potential long-term arrangements. The Ideal Candidate: Experienced: Proven experience caring for infants and a genuine passion for early childhood development. Qualified: Knowledgeable in safe sleep practices, infant soothing techniques, and nocturnal care routines. Key Attributes: Highly patient, exceptionally reliable, and possesses a warm, nurturing attitude to help our little one thrive. Primary Responsibilities: Managing overnight feedings and gentle burping.Handling diaper changes efficiently to keep the baby comfortable. Monitoring the baby closely to ensure a safe, secure sleeping environment throughout the night. Position Details: Compensation: $17.60 per hour. Duration: 1 to 7 nights (Trial Phase). Flexibility: A degree of flexibility is highly valued, as exact nightly schedules or occasional additional hours may be discussed during the trial.
