We have partnered with our client in the Blockchain / Energy sector to help them in their search for a People, Systems and Processes Specialist. They're in the Vancouver Downtown area, and can offer a hybrid schedule, a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment, and the opportunity to contribute greatly to the Human Resources function in the areas of payroll, benefits, processes and policies.
Here's what you'll need to be considered: Good understanding of technology - MS Office applications; Strong communication skills; Superior time management skills; high energy and confidence!
Here's what you will be doing:
- HRIS System: Understand all current Canadian HRIS configuration and workflows, and in partnership with ADP develop the remaining HRIS modules.
- Payroll: Ensure accurate bi-weekly payroll processes across all Canadian jurisdictions.
- Benefits: Monthly audits & reporting, lead admin of group benefit plans with vendor partners, etc.
- Employee files & records: Develop the cloud-based employee files and records for all Canadian employees.
- Processes & Policies: Lead development and improvement on HR policies, processes and procedures while ensuring compliance with employment standards and labour laws.
Job Requirements:
Here's what you'll need:
- Post secondary education in a relevant field such as Human Resources or Business.
- A minimum of 5 years of directly related experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience using ADP systems including ADP HR Comprehensive Services is required.
- Excellent knowledge of finances including accounting principles and practices to ensure alignment with internal accounting requirements.
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours to support the organization.
