Robert Half Financial Services is looking for a Processing Administrator for an immediate hybrid contract opportunity in the Kitchener Waterloo region

Responsibilities

• Processing electronic payments, loan and cheque deposits
• Processing outgoing payments including RFTS and cheque requests
• Initiating outgoing wires
• Completing internal transfers
• Other ad hoc duties may be required

Job Requirements:

• Previous hands-on experience processing payments
• Working experience in financial services and/or investment operations
• Bachelors or College degree preferred
• Strong problem solving and investigation skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office – Excel, Word and Outlook
• Must be able to work overtime when required
• Must be able to work a few days in the office in the Kitchener Waterloo region every week
