What You Will Do :
Ensure assigned multifamily projects are completed on time, within budget, and to design
Ensure the quality standard of Alberta New Home Warranty
Producing accurate quantity take offs
Create, manage and maintain project cost budgets
Keeping projects on schedule while flagging and communicating potential issues with upper management
Value engineering during the design stages
Monitor construction progress
Review and approve of construction progress draws and sub-trade invoices
Review and scrutiny of the project design change directive and change orders
Handling statutory lien holdbacks and deficiency holdbacks
