Purpose

Responsible for process design operational requirements and transformational work collaborating with Banking Operations and Product partners on process design & delivery.

In this role you will support in streamlining and automating processes to drive improvements in operational and financial performance that deliver business value ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met and key performance indicators (KPIs) are trending positively.

What you will be doing :

• Document new and existing processes manage and analyze data and recommend enhanced business processes
• Recommend policies / processes / procedures ensuring risk / compliance adherence communication and delivery of initiatives for Private Banking Operations
• Maintain inventory of business processes and coordinate updates to the inventory working with various Operations department teams
• Ensure adherence to Legal Compliance AML Privacy Risk and Fraud requirements accountable for internal / external audits and ensure supplier management practices awareness through Third Party Risk training
• Understand how the Banks risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions
• Stay abreast of leading practices for business process documentation and execution
