We’re seeking an Inventory Manager to take full ownership of all non-cannabis inventory in Elevated Signals — including packaging materials such as jars, cones, mylar, and related supplies.
This role is critical to maintaining operational accuracy, accountability, and visibility across departments. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in developing and maintaining efficient systems to track, audit, and report on all non-cannabis materials.
- Manage the full lifecycle of all non-cannabis inventory within Elevated Signals — from procurement and receipt to production usage and reconciliation.
- Maintain and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for receiving, issuing, auditing, and reporting on packaging and materials.
- Conduct regular system and physical audits to ensure accurate alignment between recorded and actual stock levels.
- Generate and deliver weekly detailed reports on all non-cannabis materials, broken down by type, quantity, and location.
- Collaborate with production, purchasing, and operations teams to ensure all packaging usage is accurately tracked in Elevated Signals.
- Analyze usage data to forecast needs and create inventory orders based on fluctuating production requirements.
- Oversee the logistics and movement of materials between storage, production, and distribution areas, ensuring traceability and accountability.
- Train and guide staff on proper data entry, system usage, and inventory control best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and reporting clarity.
Skills and Experience (ideal, but not all required) :
Experience in inventory management, supply chain, or production operations — ideally 5+ years total, with 2+ years in a supervisory or lead role.Elevated Signals experience is a huge bonus.Extreme organizational skills and excellent time management abilities.Strong data entry skills and advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for tracking, reporting, and analysis.Proven ability to create detailed weekly reports on non-cannabis materials, categorized by location and type.Logistical experience with tracking inventory movement between departments or facilities.
Demonstrated ability to plan and assemble inventory orders in response to changing production needs.Understanding of manufacturing workflows, ideally within cannabis, CPG, or regulated industries.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments and meet deadlines.Adaptable and comfortable adjusting to changing priorities and plans as new information arises.Attitude and Commitment :

Prior experience in cannabis operations or compliance-based manufacturing.Familiarity with lean inventory practices, demand planning, or process improvement initiatives.
