Are you an experienced Mechanical Estimator looking to take the next step in your career?We’re hiring a detail‑oriented HVAC Estimator to support our client's growing workload.

- Prepare accurate HVAC/mechanical takeoffs and cost estimates
- Review drawings, specifications, addenda and tender documents
- Buildplete bid submissions, including pricing, scopes, and proposal summaries
- Coordinate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors
- Track bid opportunities andplete prequalification packages
- Participate in pre‑bid meetings and assist with bidpliance documents
- Support handoff meetings for awarded projects and help with change order pricing as needed
- Experience preparing prequalification packages
- Familiarity with bid‑management or pipeline tools
- Background in mechanical contracting or consulting
- Experience assisting with change orders or post‑award pricing
- 3+ years of mechanical estimating experience (HVAC preferred)
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems inmercial and multi‑residential construction
- Experience with estimating software (QuoteSoft, Trimble or similar)
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Office skills
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and technical specifications
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
