The Opportunity

Business is booming at Flexspring. We seek a client-friendly Bilingual Integration Developer to join our all-star Delivery team. At Flexspring youll code integrations using Java and REST APIs and explain data mapping and testing requirements to our clients.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Code integrations to client requirements using Flexspring.
• Collaborate with a project manager on client data maps.
• Perform integration testing guide the client through User Acceptance Testing and lead the Go Live launch.
• Document the nuances of the integration for the client and Flexspring support team.
• Effectively troubleshoot identify the root cause and develop solutions to production issues that arise in customers integrations while adhering to support SLA
• Provide exceptional communication to all parties both internal and external.
• Document troubleshooting and resolution notes in our Case Management System (Service Cloud) and keep the client informed about the case progression continuously..
• Drive support cases through resolution by working collaboratively with the support team technical consultants 3rd party partners and the client.
