IT Business Analyst / Product Owner (PO)

Your Role:

As a Business Analyst and Product Owner, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering digital solutions that meet business needs and drive value.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and define effective solutions.

• Recommend improvements to application solutions and business processes.

• Lead workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external service providers.

• Draft and maintain functional documentation (BRD, business use cases, user stories).

• Analyze and model business and operational processes.

• Build and manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business goals.

• Validate deliverables, support implementation, and provide post-deployment follow-up.

• Foster a climate of trust, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis and 3 years as a Product Owner.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Proven experience in application solution analysis.

• Strong communication skills in French and English, both spoken and written - Canadian and International clientele

• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies
