Schedule : Monday - Friday (Regular office hours, with occasional evenings and weekends for special events)

Our experienced and innovative practitioners come from diverse backgrounds, including physicians, estheticians, and support staff with specialized training in hormone restoration, aesthetic services, nutrition, and wellness. Together, we empower our clients with the guidance, tools, and technology to help them live better, longer.

Who You Are

You’re a highly organized, proactive leader with a background in administration—preferably in a private medical or wellness setting. You understand the importance of healthy living, customer service, and sales, and you value ongoing training and professional growth.

This dual role requires strong time management, organizational skills, and exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, along with solid computer proficiency. You thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and are comfortable leading a team while also handling day-to-day administrative and clinical tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Client Support :

• Greet clients and manage appointment scheduling for all services
• Conduct initial client intake and follow-ups with practitioners
• Maintain and organize electronic and paper client files
• Prepare medical examination rooms and maintain general office tidiness
• Plan and execute in-clinic events
• Work closely with Marketing, People & Culture, and Directors to engage the community, broaden exposure, and increase revenue
• Promote Ageless Living services, procedures, and product lines
• Educate clients on special promotions, treatments, and wellness plans
• Generate sales through client consultations and recommendations
• Build professional relationships and community outreach efforts including attending events and hosting events
• Participate and contribute to marketing initiatives, social media and promotions
• Generate reports and track sales and conversions

Operations & Clinical Support :

What You Bring

Strong leadership, client service, networking skills and sales experience

Administrative experience in a medical, dental, or wellness setting (preferred)

Proficiency in EMR systems, appointment scheduling, and professional correspondence

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, client-centered environment
