A fast-growing media and marketing company is seeking an interim Manager, Financial Systems to oversee finance operations, system integrations, and process improvements during a 12-month maternity leave. This role is key to maintaining Business Central, optimizing financial workflows, and supporting new software implementations while collaborating across teams. Key Responsibilities :

• Manage Dynamics 365 Business Central, oversee security, user access, and system updates
• Oversee HRIS, HubSpot, and Emburse Enterprise data flows into Business Central, maintaining and optimizing data pipelines
• Configure Power Automate workflows, develop Cosmos reports, and support month-end close, FX revaluation, and financial consolidations
• Serve as the main contact for third-party partners, overseeing customizations and billing inquiries
• Lead system implementations, conduct UAT testing, and ensure change management best practices
