Start, stop, and monitor flour milling machines to process grains into flour. Maintain accurate records of production data such as volume, weight, proportions, and packaging dates. Manage specialized machines for packing flour into cartons. Ensure products compliance with company policies & regulations. Monitor milling process to ensure proper operation and product quality. Adjust machine settings to get correct flour quality. Identify minor machine faults and report major issues to supervisor. Follow all safety rules and factory guidelines. Perform routine cleaning of machines, tools, and work areas. Maintain a safe and clean work environment. Job Requirements : No formal education is required. On-the-job training will be provided.
