Sr. SailPoint Identity Management Specialist- Security Identity AI to support issues with ServiceNow integration (MUST BE ON SITE)

Our client is looking for a Sr. SailPoint Identity Management Specialist- Security Identity AI to support issues with ServiceNow integration.

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SailPoint Identity Management Specialist to support and stabilize our SailPoint environment. Client needs has an increasing load on SailPoint related to governance (want more automation).

Must Have's:

• 7+ years as a Security Consultant
• Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint (IdentityIQ or IdentityNow)
• Expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and governance frameworks
• Experience with ServiceNow integration (ServiceNow triggering SailPoint workflows)
• Background in Security and Identity Governance
• Application development experience related to IAM solutions
• Experience remediating or optimizing heavily customized SailPoint environments

Nice to Have's:

• Experience transitioning from customized IAM implementations to out-of-the-box functionality
• Experience supporting universal onboarding/offboarding automation
• Previous operational support or production support engagement experience

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve current SailPoint errors and performance issues
• Support and optimize increasing governance and automation workloads
• Design and enhance universal onboarding and offboarding processes
• Evaluate and remediate prior customizations implemented by a third party (PwC)
• Transition customized functionality toward scalable out-of-the-box SailPoint capabilities where possible
• Improve identity governance processes and automation maturity
• Support integration between ServiceNow and SailPoint, including identity validation triggers
• Collaborate with security and application development teams
• Provide operational stability and documentation for ongoing IAM processes
