Our client, a leading commercial real estate firm, is seeking a Junior Commercial Property Accountant to join their team at their downtown office. The role offers a hybrid work schedule, with four days in the office and one day of remote work per week, available after the probation period.

About the Role

Working under the guidance of the Senior Property Accountant, you will manage the full-cycle accounting for a portfolio assigned across Canada and the US.

The Offer

This position offers a competitive salary of up to $70K, depending on commercial property management experience. It also includes benefits, bonus, vacation, pension, and a supportive work culture.

What You Bring

To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Accounting Clerk within the property sector, along with advanced Excel skills. Experience with Yardi is a plus.
