Compensation : Salary $60,000-70,000K + Commissions

We are looking for someone who is knowledgeable and passionate about protecting businesses against unforsceen risks. Whether it's property, liability, or business interuption just to name a few. You will act as the trusted advisor to support their commercial insurance needs.

Commercial Specialist

As the Commercial Insurance Specialist you will be responsible for new client growth and expansion of the commercial portfolio through outbound prospecting, client contact and sales activities.

You will play a key role in identifying prospects in business markets, servicing clients, determining risks and presenting customized insurance solutions.

How you will create impact :

• Conducting inbound and outbound calls to prospect and proactively build a sales pipeline, developing marketing plans to promote insurance offerings, and contributing to the achievement of sales, profitability, and growth goals.
• Completing risk assessments and commercial inspections in accordance with underwriting guidelines.
• Working with clients to review goals, providing risk management advice and recommendations for coverage, completing policy updates, and documenting required changes.
• Conducting policy reviews to identify changing coverage requirements, responding to client inquiries, resolving complaints, and escalating issues as required.
• Participating in events to create brand awareness and developing, maintaining, and cultivating community contacts to enhance agency visibility and maximize new business opportunities.
