Job Description

We are currently seeking a Recruitment Coordinator for our government agency client.

This is a 3 month contract opportunity with a hyrid working model either out of their Toronto OR London office.

Position Overview :

Support the talent acquisition team by handling administrative duties and assisting with various stages of the hiring process. Utilize technology to aid recruitment efforts through HR systems, job boards, social networks, and other online platforms. Coordinate and communicate with a large number of candidates for scheduling tests, interviews, and updating their recruitment status. Prepare and finalize recruitment reports.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Provide administrative support by maintaining tracking sheets, sending and monitoring emails, posting job openings, managing invoices, and organizing meetings and interviews.
  • Assist in managing the recruitment process for various roles, including bilingual positions. Screen candidate profiles, facilitate testing, conduct interviews, perform reference checks, verify qualifications, and handle background checks. Prepare offer letters and communicate with candidates.
  • Promote the organization to candidates, ensuring a positive experience for all applicants. Manage new hire surveys and other related tasks.
  • Track and analyze recruitment data, and prepare reports on hiring activities and trends for consultants, management, and the executive committee.

Qualifications :

  • 1-3 years of recruitment coordination or talent acquisition experience
  • Post secondary education in Human Resources Management
