Quoting Specialist - Remote Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-driven and analytical Quoting Specialist to join our international logistics team remotely. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing competitive, accurate and timely freight quotes across air, ocean and ground modes. You will work closely with carriers, agents, and internal teams, including sales, operations and customs brokerage, to ensure our clients receive the best service and pricing options available.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare freight rate quotes for international shipments (air, ocean, and ground).
• Review client requests and analyze routing, transit time, and cost factors to build optimal solutions.
• Work with the Pricing and Carrier Managers to ensure competitiveness.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure quotes align with customer requirements and service capabilities.
• Maintain accurate pricing data and carrier details in internal systems.
• Track quote-to-booking conversions and support the sales team in identifying new opportunities.
• Provide timely and professional communication to clients and colleagues.
• Stay up to date on carrier surcharges, tariffs, and market rate trends.
