Customer Experience Associate – TD Securities

Location : Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada

Hours : 15

Line of Business : Personal & Commercial Banking

Pay : $22.50 – $28.33 CAD

Department Overview

At TD Canada Trust, we are the frontline of TD Bank, building lasting relationships with customers by providing service transactions and advising on products and solutions.

In This Role, You Will

  • Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals and bill payments following standardized procedures and TD's Code of Conduct.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend solutions while exercising discretion in confidential matters.
  • Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures and escalating non-standard activities.
  • Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing processes accurately and on time.
  • Connect personally with customers to advise them appropriately and clearly on banking solutions and processes.
  • Help create a positive, diverse and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness and participating in personal performance development.
  • Assist the team by respecting coworkers, staying dedicated, and keeping everyone updated on routine activities.
  • Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements to achieve operational excellence.

Job Requirements

  • High School diploma and / or 1+ years of relevant experience.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
  • Strong administrative, organizational, planning and time‑management skills for a fast‑paced environment.
  • Hands‑on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet.
  • A proactive, detail‑oriented individual who can handle multiple tasks and changing priorities.
  • A dynamic communicator with established customer‑experience skills, able to connect both verbally and in writing with calm, courteous, effective manner.
