Job description

We are looking for a great Client Service Manager to become part of a great team in Nepean. In this role, you’ll be a very important part of the team and day-to-day operation of the company. You’ll need to be able to think on your feet and juggle multiple priorities seamlessly. You’ll be spending your time dealing with clients and managing a team of technicians and service coordinators.

Advantages

  • Pay rate depending on experience - between 65-85K
  • Monday-Friday day shifts (8am-5pm)
  • Company paid benefits
  • 2 weeks vacation to start

Responsibilities

  • Dealing with all aspects of client service
  • Handling service calls
  • Follow up with clients, and managing accounts
  • Managing and working the service counter
  • Working with and managing a small team of service coordinators and technicians
  • Qualifications

    Bilingualism (English / French) would be an asset

    Valid drivers license

    Min 2-3 years in a similar service manager role

    Parts and service experience

    Customer centric mentality

    Come from industrial and / or mechanical background

    Excellent time management and prioritization skills 

    Critical and logical thinking skills

    Proficient in ops software
