This is a customer service and administrative support role joining a team of 10 currently. The ability to communicate clearly and concisely is extremely important. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent critical thinking skills, and have the ability to keep themselves organized and on task with multiple changing priorities coming in throughout the day.
Responsibilities :
- General administrative duties, filing, faxing, and photocopying
- Evaluation of customer needs and solutions
- Issue and process Return Merchandise Authorization numbers (tickets) for customer hardware returns
- Correspond with customers regarding returns, ticket status and payments.
- Other related duties as required
Qualifications :
Post-Secondary Education in related field (Business, Administration) or related experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skills, critical thinking skills, problem-solving ability, time management skills and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and OutlookSome customer service experience is preferredWhat we offer :
