We are seeking 2 highly motivated Hugarian & English Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for one of our eCommerce seller.
Key Responsibilities :
Responding to customer inquiries via inbound / outbound phone, email, live chat, WhatsApp and / or Viber.
Handling correspondence from customers requesting product information, payment options, checkout support, shipment information, and inventory information.
Providing prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
Ensuring customer satisfaction by exceeding their expectations.
Escalating customer issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
Updating and maintaining customer records in our CRM system.
Monitoring and tracking customer feedback and complaints to identify trends and improve our services.
Qualifications and Requirements :
Fluent in both Hugarian and English languages (written and spoken).
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Customer Service — Representative or other relevant role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Nice to Have :
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software.
Experience in eCommerce or online retail is an added advantage.
Sales experience is preferred
Working Shift :
Our client want to cover 9 am to 9 pm CET Monday to Sunday, so we wish our agents can accept turn shifts. Each agents request to work 12 hours per day, max 4 days per week ( one day work and the next day off )
