Duties and Responsibilities
- Touring clients through model homes
- Providing information on Patten Homes, our communities, our models and our finishes
- Answering client questions to the best of your ability
- Entering client information into the corporate database
- Supporting the Sales Manager & other Sales Staff
- Ensuring Model Homes and Sales Centre are clean, fully stocked, and presentable at all times
- Other general duties as required
Requirements :
Strong customer service (CS) background with prior experience in a CS role.Must have a valid license and access to a vehicle.Must be available to work in-person, evenings, and weekends (Saturday / Sunday).Must be willing to travel to different Sales Offices as required.Good organizational and time management skills.Computer literacy with experience in MS Office applications.An outgoing personality with the ability to greet and address individuals in a professional manner.Strong communication skills – both verbal and written.Ability to work both as part of a team and independently in a fast-paced environment.Exhibit the highest degree of honesty and professionalism.Cavanagh Employee Benefits :
