RESPONSIBILITIES
·Support the Lead Counsellor in delivering engaging educational and recreational camp programming.
·Help create a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for campers and staff.
·Supervise campers during activities and maintain appropriate behaviour and safety standards.
·Model enthusiasm, good sportsmanship, and professionalism at all times.
·Follow all camp policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
·Assist with attendance tracking and report accidents, incidents, or behavioural concerns to camp leadership as required.
·Support daily camp operations, including maintaining supplies and materials.
·Mandatory participation in Ridley CPR/AED training if not already certified.
·Mandatory attendance at staff training sessions from June 20–22, 2026.
QUALIFICATIONS
·Experience working with children in an educational or camp setting is an asset.
·Responsible, caring, and empathetic approach to working with children.
·Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
·Ability to problem‑solve and take direction.
·Physical ability to actively participate in camp activities.
·Reliable, vigilant, and punctual.
