Position : CUSTOMER SERVICE SALES REPRESENTATIVE - SUMMER OPENING!

Responsibilities :

  • Collaboration : Work closely with retail associates to effectively showcase and promote products.

Service Excellence :

  • Utilize superior service skills to meet objectives while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Issue Resolution : Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly with face-to-face interactions.
  • Store Presentation : Maintain an organized and appealing store layout to enhance the shopping experience.

Experience :

  • Passion for customer service and sales in a retail setting.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced customer-centric environment.
  • Strong dedication to excellence and teamwork.
  • Canadian driver's license and / or access to transportation is advantageous.
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada.
  • Additionally, the successful candidate must be committed to meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to enhance our customer service initiatives.
