Production Associate

A leader in consumer packaging solutions including folding cartons, cups, foodservice packaging, cooking solutions and multipackages are looking for production associates (temp to hire) positions!

Details below:
Location: Tranmere Dr. Missisauga
Shift: 7am-330pm to start but it is rotating shifts
Rate: $19/hr
Your rate goes up after you get hired on
Shift: Mon-Fri

Duties:
Feeds and takes off cartons.
Applies correct case labels to corrugated cases.
Feeds cartons into gluer.
Takes off cartons from conveyors at gluer and place finished cartons into corrugated cases or plastic bins according to correct packaging specifications.
Performs quality checks according to SOPs.
Notifies Group Adjusters of any machine stops or any quality issues.
General clean up.
Follows all company policies and procedures.
Attends and participates in ongoing training.
Not limited to and including other duties as assigned.
Willing to work weekly rotational shifts
Must be ok with Work shift rotation, including nights
Lift up to 50lbs
Self starter
No attendance issues
Comply with PPE and GMP requirements
Attention to detail
Must be dexterous (they will struggle to keep up if you are not dexterous)
