Our Surrey client is hiring for a Customer Service / Order Entry Representative

This will be a Temporary role to start with a strong possibility of it becoming permanent for the right candidate

Monday to Friday : 8am to 4 : 30pm in office

Pay rate : $25 - 26.44 per hour

Qualifications :

2- 3 years’ experience in a Customer Service / Order Entry position (Construction Industry preference)
Must be computer proficient - experience with Sales Force an asset
Excellent communication skills

Duties will include :

Support Sales team

Manage incoming mail - sort and send

Light warehouse duties - printing orders - locating and counting products

Handle customer inquiries - cultivate relationships with customers

Promote products and services

Data entry

Inventory management

Assist with picking and filling orders, coordinate deliveries with Operations

Obtain freight rates and coordinate outbound LTL shipments

Enter orders for walk-in / counter sales and process credit card payments.

Assist the Sales team with inside sales and making sure data gets imputed into the CRM

Routine paperwork and filing as required.

Accurately enter data into the CRM (SalesForce) and Mainframe system.
