Oracle HCM Cloud Integration Developer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Integration Developer to join our clients team in supporting enterprise-level HR data integration and analytics. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as BICC, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and SOA to design and deliver scalable data integrations. This role is crucial to enabling seamless data transfer between Oracle HCM Cloud and analytics platforms like Microsoft Azure and Visier.Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and map Oracle HCM Cloud data structures to align with Visier HR Analytics objects and fields.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy data extracts using BICC, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and SOA.

• Format and transform data into CSV, XML, or JSON to support ingestion into external analytics tools.

• Ensure data quality and consistency by identifying and resolving anomalies during extraction and transformation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and Data Analytics to support accurate and timely data delivery.

• Document integration designs, data mappings, data definitions, and technical specifications.

• Maintain data security and privacy throughout the integration and delivery process.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud development.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with BICC, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and SOA integrations.

• Strong experience designing and building integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and other applications/platforms.

• Solid understanding of data formats such as CSV, XML, and JSON.

• Proven ability to troubleshoot and ensure high data quality and integrity in integration pipelines.

• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with Microsoft Azure Data Lake or similar cloud platforms.

• Familiarity with Visier or other HR analytics platforms.

• Background in HR data domains and sensitivity to privacy/security requirements.

• Experience in Agile project environments.
