Are you a proactive leader with a strong background in facilities and equipment management? We’re looking for a Maintenance Manager to oversee our repair and maintenance department, ensuring our operations run safely, smoothly, and efficiently.

About the Role :

As Maintenance Manager, you’ll lead a skilled team responsible for maintaining equipment, mechanical systems, and facilities. You’ll manage installations, upgrades, and vendor relationships while driving safety, compliance, and operational excellence.

Compensation / Shift : $90-120k (Days)

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor the maintenance team, overseeing training, performance, and personnel decisions
• Ensure all activities meet or exceed safety standards and regulatory requirements
• Manage installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance of equipment and facilities
• Oversee departmental budget and prioritize tasks based on urgency and resources
• Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures and implement corrective actions
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of company premises
