This job will include supporting the Payroll department in a variety of functions, including data entry, reconciliation of timecards, paycheck distribution and providing statements to various departments. You should be skilled in proper communication with both the internal team and outside customers. • Update data into spreadsheets and the payroll system
• Contact employees via email and phone to obtain timesheet approvals
• Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning, faxing, photocopying, etc
• Compile a system of administering and distributing reports
• Data entry into spreadsheets and the payroll system
• Build and run custom reports
• Be the main point of instruction / training contact to employees regarding payroll-related best practices
