Role Overview :

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing updates and answering service-related questions.
• Enter shipment information into the system and prepare the details required to launch transport requests.
• Coordinate pick-ups and delivery times by communicating with carriers and internal teams.
• Monitor shipments throughout their journey and report any deviations from the expected timeline.
• Handle electronic orders and ensure incoming data is processed correctly.
• Support the logistics team with administrative follow-up, documentation, and status reporting.
• Investigate service issues such as damaged freight, missing pieces, or billing discrepancies and work toward quick resolutions.
• Maintain clear, ongoing communication with customers to ensure they feel informed and supported.
