About the role

Le Spécialiste des Services Client II (CSS) est un élément essentiel du département du Service Client. Son objectif principal est de compléter plusieurs tâches essentielles liées à la fourniture d'un produit ou service à un client. Servir de lien direct entre l'entreprise et le client, gérer les affaires quotidiennes et assurer la satisfaction du client. Interagir avec les clients pour fournir toutes les informations nécessaires et traiter les informations en réponse aux demandes et préoccupations. Le CSS sera affecté à un ou plusieurs Représentants des Ventes de Solutions (SSM) et Spécialistes de la Rétention de Client (CRS) pour fournir un soutien et collaborer avec eux.

Responsabilités :

  • Établir des relations de travail positives entre les parties prenantes pour assurer la satisfaction du client.
  • Construire des profils dans CRM/NetSuite Golden Gate.
  • Aider les clients à remplir le Formulaire de Caractérisation des Matériaux (MCF).
  • Enregistrer les documents de profil de déchets et suivre les progrès.
  • Émettre et examiner le dossier d'approbation avec le client pour s'assurer qu'il comprend parfaitement les exigences d'expédition, les conditions générales, etc.
  • Collaborer entre les départements pour résoudre les problèmes et/ou échanger des informations client.
  • S'assurer que les données dans CRM, NSGG, DMS, People Soft (PS) sont saisies correctement.
  • Acquérir une compréhension complète des capacités, services et processus des installations de valorisation énergétique et de traitement des matériaux pour communiquer efficacement avec les clients et offrir des solutions dans le portefeuille de Reworld.
  • Résoudre rapidement les problèmes escaladés par le Spécialiste de la Rétention de Client (CRS) & SSM.
  • Maintenir une communication, à la fois verbale et électronique, efficace et professionnelle.
  • Faire le lien entre le client, le SSM et le CRS.
  • Collaborer en interne et fournir des solutions aux clients de manière efficace.
  • Fournir des rapports et des analyses aux clients.
  • Analyser les besoins, reconnaître les problèmes potentiels, rechercher des alternatives et fournir des solutions.
  • Répondre rapidement aux commentaires des clients et traiter les plaintes de service.
  • Aider à la collecte des comptes clients échus au besoin.
  • Générer nos propositions clients de manière indépendante au nom du SSM et/ou du Directeur.
  • Effectuer des appels de rétention commerciale aux clients récurrents conformément au script prescrit.
  • Conserver les dossiers d'appels et entrer dans le système de suivi pour fournir des indicateurs de performance clés (KPI) pour la base client.
  • Participer aux réunions avec les clients.

Exigences :

  • 3 ans d'expérience pertinente et un diplôme dans un domaine connexe préféré.
  • Minimum 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en supervision et en vente interne.
  • Expérience dans l'industrie des déchets ou du recyclage préférée.
  • Expérience dans la supervision de rapports directs préférée.
  • Formation RCRA, DOT, & HazCom préférée.
  • Désir d'avoir un contact direct avec le client et de fournir un niveau de service client élevé.
  • Solides compétences organisationnelles.
  • Capacité à utiliser un jugement sain et à résoudre des problèmes dans un environnement rapide.
  • Capacité à collaborer et à établir des relations efficaces à tous les niveaux de l'organisation.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets, à établir des priorités, à respecter les délais et à travailler de manière autonome.
  • Capacité à suivre des instructions orales et écrites détaillées.
  • Capacité à communiquer efficacement à tous les niveaux, à la fois verbalement et par écrit.
  • Maîtrise de Microsoft Office, notamment Word, Excel, PowerPoint et Outlook.
