Key Responsibilities

• Map, document, and analyze design and production processes across all disciplines and offices, identifying areas for improvement.
• Optimize and standardize processes to ensure consistency and efficiency, deploying new processes and monitoring adoption.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define, implement, and maintain standards and best practices for all offices.
• Support and train engineers, technicians, support staff, and project managers in the application of new processes.
• Work closely with all technical and support departments, traveling regularly to different offices across Canada to ensure consistent implementation.
