We are actively seeking a Naval Architecture Technician to take part in the various stages of ship repair in collaboration with the different departments.

YOUR TALENTS WILL BE USED TO MEET THE FOLLOWING CHALLENGES :

• Analyze tenders, describe the technical aspects of each project, validate feasibility and associated risks (surface calculations, weights, etc.);
• Issue technical specifications and perform calculations required to complete projects;
• Participate in the work planning;
• Operate computer-assisted design and drafting stations;
• Issue and update various reports and drawings (as fitted / as built) related to contractual requirements and / or established standards and procedures (miscellaneous dry dock measurements, etc.);
• Design the adaptations to be carried out on vessels, on equipment or on work methods to enable the installation of new components;
• Participate in and contribute to continuous improvement in all operational departments;
• Inspect selected projects to ensure that processes comply with customer specifications and applicable standards;
• Participate and support the activities of Health, Safety and Environment Management System.
