Program Overview
Transmission Lines is seeking a CLRA Project Manager to support the Low Voltage Safety Remediation Program , a public-safety–driven, capital-funded initiative addressing uncontrolled fault potential between the Transmission and Distribution (T&D) systems across 100+ locations .
The program has an estimated value of $45M over five (5) years and involves complex, overlapping dependencies between Transmission and Distribution scopes.

Role Focus : Distribution scope Project Manager and Program Controller Lead
Role Summary
The CLRA Project Manager will act as the Distribution PM and program controller , responsible for planning, coordination, cost / schedule control, and integration across Transmission and Distribution teams. The role requires strong infrastructure project management experience, deep understanding of distribution systems, and proven program controls expertise to manage interdependencies, risks, and delivery performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Distribution scope project management activities within the Low Voltage Safety Remediation Program
Act as Program Controller Lead , coordinating cost, schedule, scope, and risk management across T&D workstreams
Manage complex interdependencies between Transmission and Distribution projects
Develop and maintain integrated schedules, budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting
Ensure alignment with public safety objectives , capital governance, and regulatory requirements
Coordinate with Transmission program leadership to ensure seamless execution across scopes
Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks related to safety, schedule, cost, and technical interfaces
Support stakeholder engagement across engineering, operations, and construction teams
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within approved funding
Required Qualifications
Project Management (Infrastructure L2) experience
10+ years of Distribution project management experience
5+ years of Distribution technical experience
5+ years of program controller or program controls experience
Proven experience managing multi-project, multi-stakeholder utility programs
Assets / Preferred Qualifications
Transmission project management experience
Transmission technical experience
Experience working on safety-driven capital programs in regulated utility environments
Strong understanding of T&D system interfaces and fault protection considerations
