SHARIN TRADERS is seeking a Distribution Centre Manager to oversee warehouse and distribution operations for food and consumer goods. The role involves managing day-to-day facility operations, supervising staff, coordinating inventory flow, and ensuring safety and operational efficiency across warehouse locations.
This is an on-site role based in Alberta.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and control the operations of warehouse and distribution facilities
- Plan, organize, and evaluate facility operations and related infrastructure
- Prepare operational reports and performance statistics
- Develop and implement safety inspection and preventive maintenance schedules
- Hire, train, and supervise warehouse staff (3–4 employees)
- Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment
- Manage the facility’s operational budget
- Coordinate administrative services including maintenance, security, and safety
- Resolve operational, inventory, and service-related issues
- Organize and maintain inventory, shipping, and receiving activities
