Mysa Nordic Spa is Prince Edward Island's first Nordic Spa. Located in St. Peters. Mysa offers a wide range of spa and relaxation services including Scandinavian hot baths, essential oil steam rooms, cold water plunges, a Finnish sauna, massage therapy, meditation, and relaxation sessions. The resort also includes 17 water view accommodations, top-tier food and beverage service, and provides residents and visitors with a place to heal, rejuvenate, and refresh.

Responsibilities

• Be enthusiastic to learn and grow in a spa environment
• Provide exceptional care and services to clients of Mysa Nordic Spa
• Discuss client concerns to develop the most effective approach to treatment
• Offer services in a spirit of respect and collaboration with other therapists and spa employees
• Have complete knowledge of the services and products offered at the spa
• Ensure the cleanliness of the work area and maintain an adequate supply of necessary supplies
• Observe and ensure the highest hygiene and sterilization standards are maintained
• Be receptive to customer questions or concerns and ensure their satisfaction in a professional and courteous manner
• Adopt a positive attitude that will help maintain a friendly and professional environment
