Functional Analyst

Role

The Functional Analyst will be a detail oriented and collaborative member of our team, playing a key role in optimizing our ERP, WMS, and MES systems. In this dynamic position, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, configure system functionalities, and support data-driven decision-making through SQL reporting and EDI management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements across ERP, WMS, and MES platforms
• Configure and support Syspro ERP modules and WMS / MES functionalities to meet evolving business needs
• Design and maintain SQL queries , reports, and data extracts to support decision-making and operational visibility
• Manage and troubleshoot EDI transactions , ensuring seamless data exchange with external partners
• Work closely with developers and system integrators to implement and test system changes across ERP, WMS, and MES
• Conduct gap analyses and recommend process improvements in warehouse and manufacturing operations
• Provide end-user training and support for system functionalities, including ERP, WMS, and MES
• Participate in system upgrades, testing, and documentation efforts for all supported platforms

$90,000 - $110,000 a year
