Responsibilities

Collaborate with client teams to gather business requirements, recommend media mix modeling (MMM) solutions, and build scopes of work.

Manage data gathering from clients, cleanse and organize data, and process data using SQL, R, Excel.

Apply statistical models to media and panel data, and explore, analyze and summarize data components.

Deliver media mix modeling (MMM) solutions, including agile and high definition MMM, forecasting and scenario planning.

Collaborate globally to leverage custom models and optimize media investment.

Project manage, plan tasks, manage quality and deliverables, and collaborate with agency teams on report writing.

Manage and mentor a team of analysts.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English languages, both spoken and written.
• Degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g. economics, statistics, quantitative psychology, marketing analytics, finance), or equivalent practical experience.
• 3-5 years experience working in a quantitative role with marketing and / or media data.
• Experience conducting quantitative analyses with advertising data.
• Strong business communication skills, ability to communicate implications and recommendations clearly.
• Experience managing a small team.
• Proficiency in at least one of : R or Python (scikit-learn). Nice to have : SPSS, SAS, MATLAB or Stata.
• Some experience with data visualization platforms, e.g. Tableau, Power BI, R (Shiny / ggplot2) or Python (Matplotlib).
