Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Mainframe Developer. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about working with mainframe technologies, including COBOL and SAS. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting and enhancing our critical systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in Mainframe Platform expertise, including tools and products like JCL, PROCS, TSO, ISPF, zOS, and IBM utilities.
• Proficiency in COBOL and SAS programming.
• Experience with mainframe data structures and the ability to extract and manipulate data using VSAM and DB2.
• Ability to lead high-profile incident responses for critical batch systems, coordinate resources, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Experience in providing production support to applications running on mainframes and handling job abends.
